FAQ

What time does my can have to be out?

Routes start at 6:00am and run until 7:00pm. If you can put your can out the night before the route it would be better. Please be advised that route times may change due to special circumstances.

Can I put tires in my container?

No, tires are not allowed in any container. If a tire is put in a container there will be a fee added per tire.

I forgot to put out my can. What can I do?

We will do a courtesy once a year for each customer. Please be aware that we might not go back on the same day. If it happens a second time, a go back fee will be applied if you want the driver to go back and pick it up.

The driver left me a tag. What does this mean?

A tag is left in order to inform the customer why their trash was not picked up or if something needs to be fixed in order to continue to pick up the trash. If you are left a tag and your trash was not picked up, you will be charged a go back fee if you want the driver to pick up the trash.

When is my payment due?

Payments are due on the 20th of each month.

You can pay in our office, online, over the phone, and at different stores like HEB, Juniors, and Wal-Mart.

Do you all pick up trash during holidays?

The only Holidays that WCTX does not pick up trash is on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. All routes will be moved forward a day. An example would be Thanksgiving Thursday, Thursday route will be moved to Friday and Friday route will be moved to Saturday.

What do I do if I have extra trash?

Call 956-316-0333 at least 24 hours in advance to make arrangements with customer service.

Do you pick up bulky items? (ie: furniture, mattresses, tree stumps, etc.)

We do not provide bulky item/brush collection with residential collection. Please call our office for roll-off services.
